Closures accounted for 19% of all affected workers nationally, with the majority of events being layoffs rather than full closures.

Largest Layoffs

Topping the list was C2 Technologies in Louisiana, reporting 7,601 affected workers. Einstein Charter Schools followed with 5,316 workers.
