Employer layoff events for recruiters and workforce products

Every WARN notice is an employer event — who, where, how many, and when it takes effect — usually filed 60 days before the layoff takes effect (90 in some states; exceptions and late filings exist). Use the API to feed a job board, ATS or workforce dashboard, or search it by hand. The data names employers and notices, never individual candidates; H-1B/LCA records add the roles those employers file for.
